Reach us
Email: [email protected]
Email is the primary channel for formal requests. Messengers and social links (if listed above) are fine for short questions, but legal and security matters should also be sent by email.
Response expectations
We read messages on business days. We aim to reply within 2–5 business days. Complex technical reviews, bulk complaints, and DMCA notices with large URL lists may take longer; we will note an estimate in the acknowledgement when a delay is expected.
Mark active security threats (e.g. malware APK spreading) with the subject “Security” — those are prioritized.
What to include
To speed up a reply, include:
1. A clear subject: support / DMCA / abuse / security / partnership / privacy.
2. The page URL on APKzona (for a specific app or version).
3. Package name, versionName / versionCode, and SHA-256 if available.
4. A one- or two-paragraph description of the issue or request.
5. Screenshots, logs, or a scanner report link — for technical and malware cases.
6. For DMCA — the full package from /legal/dmca (do not omit required statements).
Separate channels by request type
DMCA / copyright:
- email [email protected], subject “DMCA / Copyright”;
- procedure and requirements: /legal/dmca;
- do not treat app comments as a formal notice.
General support and catalog questions:
- email [email protected], subject “Support”;
- Telegram / channel / VK — if listed above, for short clarifications.
Malware and security reports:
- report form on the app page (preferred);
- also email [email protected] with subject “Security” or “Malware report”;
- include hash, version URL, and a short behavior description.
Privacy / personal data:
- [email protected], subject “Privacy”;
- see /legal/privacy.
Partnerships and advertising:
- [email protected], subject “Partnership” — briefly describe the offer; we do not guarantee replies to mass outreach.
Content reports
Use the report form on an app page, or email [email protected]. We review malware, rights issues, misleading listings, and Terms violations (/legal/terms).
Developers
Submit builds via your account. Provide an official source (website, GitHub Releases, F-Droid, etc.). Moderation may ask for proof of rights or signature matching. Status questions — email [email protected] with the submission ID if you have one.
Rights holders
Follow /legal/dmca. Incomplete notices without URLs are delayed.
What we usually do not do by email
- personal device setup support for end users;
- blanket “is every APK in the world legal” opinions outside a specific listing;
- accepting legal notices via public comments.
