Acceptance

By using APKzona (browsing, downloading, registering, or publishing content) you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer (/legal/disclaimer), and the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy). If you disagree, do not use the site.

Age

The service is intended for persons who have reached the age of digital capacity in your jurisdiction (typically 16–18, or with parental/guardian consent where required). By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Service description

APKzona publishes Android app and game listings: versions, descriptions, screenshots, metadata, and download links. Some content is user-submitted and moderated. We may change catalog features, upload limits, and moderation rules.

Accounts and abuse

You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account. Provide a valid email. Prohibited: sharing accounts for mass spam, intrusion attempts, ban evasion, unauthorized automated scraping, and creating multiple accounts to bypass limits.

We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts for abuse, spam, unauthorized access attempts, or malware uploads — with or without notice depending on urgency.

Acceptable use

You may:

- search and download apps for personal lawful use;

- leave reviews and reports in good faith;

- upload builds you have redistribution rights for, via your account.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not upload, distribute, or promote:

- malware, stealers, backdoors, or undisclosed miners;

- software you lack redistribution rights for (including clear piracy cracks and license circumvention);

- phishing, fraud, or harvesting of third-party personal data;

- content illegal in your or the operator’s applicable jurisdiction (including extremist material where prohibited);

- any sexual content involving minors;

- spam, fake reviews, ranking manipulation, or search gaming;

- instructions for unlawful access to systems or other people’s accounts.

We may reject, unpublish, demote, or change listing status without prior notice when a violation is suspected.

Site intellectual property

APKzona branding, UI design, page structure, original catalog copy, and site code belong to the operator or are used under lawful license. You may not clone the UI wholesale, mass-scrape the database for a competing service, or pass our content off as your own without permission.

Rights in apps, icons, and product names belong to their developers and rights holders. File claims about third-party software via /legal/dmca.

Bounties (if enabled)

Rewards for approved submissions are an optional operator program. Amounts, networks, and timelines are shown in settings or your account. The operator may change, pause, or stop the program. Content-rule violations may void payout eligibility.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uptime, description accuracy, mirror availability, or safety of third-party files. See /legal/disclaimer and /legal/verify.

Termination

We may terminate access to some or all site features for Terms violations, legal requirements, or service shutdown. You may stop using the service and request account deletion via [email protected].

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is at /legal/terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing language

Legal pages are published in Russian and English. If versions conflict, the Russian text prevails for users of the Russian interface and the English text for users of the English interface, unless the operator states otherwise. This does not override mandatory legal rules.
